假如存在一個比目前更高階的人類社會，那個社會應該能夠讓一群提升到四維思考等級的人類，擁有這三個正當的權利：居住權，生存權，法律保障/懲罰權。
有人會認為，連溫飽都成問題的社會不能提發展，那是一個合理和不合理的觀點。合理的觀點在於人體應該生存，人才會有更多機會，這是亳無疑問的。但另一個觀點關於社會發展，這個觀點却不合理。因為這是倒果為因的觀點。
人類的存在，是因為看得見未來，才會以物理的形式存在；而不是因為物理的形式存在而能看得見未來。
如果你有信仰，你就會對靈魂學有興趣。而靈學幾乎是目前人類將要面對的維度提升的關鍵。靈學是比形而上學或者神鬼故事更高階的學科，告訴了人們如何透過超越三維物理現象去發現宇宙的規律，並因愛與稱善而達到發現自身與宇宙的關係，個人命運的定律。
都不是十分難以理解的事情，當你能夠理解量子力學，星轉斗移之間的規律，以及人與人之間的羈絆，以及自身的定律，一切就如一直埋在我們周圍的寶藏般被發現。
當居住權和生存權這兩個基於三維物理下的權利被保障，餘下的如何提升維度就成了關鍵。有的人快，有的人慢，也有人一直一直在尋找。
於這篇文章，主要想仔細描述一下居住權和生存權，及法律保障/懲罰權的實行可能性。
居住權。
一個人出生，應該保障到居住權。容身之所，是一個人在物理結構上應該保障的權利。
居住權，是物理和數碼上的居住權。以目前世界的有限理解當中，我們還是能理解到物理和數碼的定義。
生存權。
一個人出生，應該保障生存權。這種亳無疑問的想法，但却有時候未被人類自己理解。
目前以人類的理解還只能理解到物理世界的生在權，但當精神世界更進一步被發掘之後，會明白這應該還包含精神世界的生存權。
法律保障/懲罰權。
很明顯的，法律是我們自以為很理解，但其實又並不是充分理解的存在。
人類的語言只是很有限的表達方式，所以法律條文並不是一直都完美的，特別是社會在人類整體手中進行了某種突破過往遊戲規則的情況下，所以目前「只夠有限的物理世界」或「跟不上或不能超越目前人類社會發展」的法律的保障和懲罰，都沒有真正成為引導人類正確前進的工具。
因為未能理解自身存在的重要性，為了爭奪本能物理上的需求，人類不知被自己阻礙自己前進的腳步要多久才能繼續往前。
我認為目前的社會的財富和人力，居住權和生存權的保障，其實是可以輕易做到的。只是做到之後，如何維持長遠的有效轉化，能夠因應到人生發展的不同階段，如何從輔助的角度做到最大的效果，才是最重要的。
我們不能否認以目前的人性發展，還處在剛探索自身與團體與自然萬物之間的關係。人性的短視導致的貪婪與自私還未能夠被人類自己內化。
保障居住權和生存權，不是單純為了個人發展，那是為了保持社會及歷史持續前進的多樣性可能而存在的權利。是以整體萬物為基礎去看待行為的可以作為與不可以作為。
但什麼時候會出現一堆智者們及勇者們或英雄們，能夠走在人類社會的前面，為大家的前進做出更有效的推論，點亮文明的種子呢？
有時候，我希望每一個人都是，雖然這樣有點開外挂的感覺:)
If there were a more advanced human society beyond what we have today, it should be able to grant a group of people who have reached a four-dimensional level of thinking these three fundamental rights: the right to housing, the right to survival, and legal protection/punishment.
Some may argue that a society struggling with basic needs has no room for development. This viewpoint is both reasonable and unreasonable. It is reasonable because human survival is essential—without it, there are no opportunities to grow. That is undeniable. However, the perspective that social development cannot be discussed under such conditions is flawed, as it confuses cause and effect.
Human existence is possible because we can envision the future, not simply because we exist in physical form. In other words, our ability to anticipate the future shapes our reality, not the other way around.
If you have faith, you might be interested in the study of the soul. Spiritual studies may, in fact, hold the key to the dimensional advancement humanity is about to face. This field goes beyond metaphysics or supernatural tales—it explores how people can transcend three-dimensional physical phenomena to uncover the laws of the universe. Through love and the pursuit of goodness, individuals can discover their relationship with the cosmos and the governing principles of personal destiny.
This concept is not difficult to grasp. Once you understand quantum mechanics, the cosmic rhythms of celestial movements, the intricate connections between people, and the fundamental laws governing individuals, everything will reveal itself—like hidden treasures that have always surrounded us, waiting to be found.
Once the right to housing and the right to survival—both rooted in the physical three-dimensional world—are secured, the next key issue becomes how to advance to a higher dimension. Some people progress quickly, others more slowly, and some continue searching indefinitely.
This article aims to explore in detail the feasibility of implementing the right to housing, the right to survival, and legal protection/punishment.
The Right to Housing
From birth, every individual should have the right to housing. A place to live is a fundamental necessity that should be guaranteed in the physical structure of society.
The right to housing encompasses both physical and digital living spaces. Based on our current limited understanding of the world, we can at least recognize these two dimensions.
The Right to Survival
From birth, every individual should have the right to survival. While this seems like an obvious and unquestionable idea, it is not always fully understood by humanity.
At present, our understanding of survival is limited to the physical world. However, as our awareness of the spiritual realm deepens, we will realize that survival rights should extend beyond the physical to include the spiritual world as well.
Legal Protection/Punishment
Laws appear to be something we understand well, yet, in reality, our comprehension is far from complete.
Language is a limited tool for expression, making legal texts inherently imperfect. This is especially evident when societal breakthroughs challenge established rules. As a result, laws that only account for the “limited physical world” or fail to keep pace with societal progress do not effectively guide humanity in the right direction.
Because people do not fully grasp the significance of their own existence, they remain trapped in an endless struggle for basic physical needs, hindering their own advancement. How long will this self-imposed limitation persist before humanity can move forward again?
I believe that with the wealth and resources available in today’s society, guaranteeing the right to housing and survival is entirely feasible. The real challenge lies in ensuring a sustainable and effective transformation—one that adapts to different stages of life and maximizes the positive impact from a supportive perspective.
We must acknowledge that humanity is still in the early stages of exploring its relationship with society, nature, and all things in existence. Short-sightedness driven by greed and selfishness has yet to be fully overcome.
Ensuring the right to housing and survival is not merely about individual well-being; it is about preserving the diversity of possibilities that propel society and history forward. These rights exist to uphold a broader, collective perspective on what can and cannot be done.
But when will a group of wise individuals, brave pioneers, or heroes emerge to lead humanity forward—illuminating the seeds of civilization with clearer insights?
Sometimes, I wish everyone could be that kind of person. Though, admittedly, that might feel like a bit of a cheat code. 🙂
